We want every piece you wear to feel special — but in the rare case it doesn’t, here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

✅ Return Checklist

Before requesting a return, make sure:

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • You’ve recorded the required 360° video proof (VIDEO PROOF IS MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURNS - READ BELOW)

  • The product is in original condition (unworn, unused, with box/tags)

  • Please read the entire policy for further pre-requisites.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 3 days of order delivery.

  • All returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and with original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, you must provide proof in the form of an uncut 360° video of the product (details below).

You may choose between:

  • Full Store Credit: Get a 100% refund as a Vogue Jewels gift card, sent to your email. (Please read Return Policy for Sale Items below for further clarification.)

  • Back-to-Source Refund: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (UPI/card/etc.), Rs. 200 will be deducted as processing, packaging and handling fees.

  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON COD ORDERS.

⚠️ Store credit cannot be combined with any other website offers, discounts, or promotions.

🎥 Video Proof Is Mandatory for ALL Returns

Whether the return is due to damage or personal choice, we require a clear video for all return requests.

For damaged/defective products:

  • A full, uncut and unedited 360° unboxing video is required.

  • The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and the product defect.

  • Single images are not accepted as valid proof under any circumstance.

  • No return requests will be entertained without video proof.

For non-defective (change of mind) returns:

  • A minimum 10-second, uncut 360° video of the product is required.

  • The video must show the product’s condition from all angles to verify it’s unused and intact.

This policy helps us maintain fairness and ensure product integrity.

 

💎 Quality Check — Post-Return Policy

Once your returned product reaches us, our team performs a thorough quality check.

  • If the item matches the video (as in, it's in the same perfect condition), we proceed with your refund/store credit.

  • If the product appears damaged, broken, or missing parts (e.g., stones) upon arrival and this was not visible in your submitted video, the return will be declined.

  • In such cases, the product will be shipped back to you, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

This helps prevent mishandling and ensures fairness to all customers.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

  • We do not offer reverse pickup, and shipping charges for returns are not covered by Vogue Jewels.

⏱️ Refund Timelines

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed based on your chosen method:

    • Store Credit: Issued within 3–5 working days after quality check, as a gift card via email.

    • Back-to-Source Refund: Processed within 7–10 working days, after Rs. 200 deduction.

 

💎 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we’ll make it right — at no extra cost.

Required proof:

  • A full, uncut 360° unboxing video is mandatory.

Once verified:

  • We will ship a free replacement.

  • If the product is out of stock, you may choose between:

    • A replacement of similar value, or

    • Store credit

 

🛍️ Return Policy for Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or discounted event are NOT eligible for return,

🔁 Returns

  • Returns CANNOT be initiated at the time of sale or festive offers.

  • 360° video proof is mandatory for all sale item returns in case of DEFECT ONLY (see details in our main return policy).


🚚 Reordering with Store Credit

If you choose to place a new order using store credit from a returned sale item, a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit before you receive the new item.

This ensures we can continue offering affordable shipping even during sales.


Example:

  • You return a sale item worth ₹1500.

  • You receive store credit worth ₹1500.

  • You reorder a new product using this credit.

  • ₹100 will be deducted, and ₹1400 worth of credit will be applied to the new order.

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Please be aware that the colours of products may vary slightly from the photos and videos due to factors such as lighting and individual screen settings.

IN CASE OF LEGAL DISPUTES :-

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
